I've been crusing the canyon country of Arizona for the past two days. Words cannot accurately describe the vast beauty and immenseness of this part of our great country. Pictures also fail to convey the grandeur, though I still keep on trying. Today was super chilly and windy, which sorta suprised me. I thought Arizona was always hot? I began the day in Chinle and visited Canyon De Chelly. I just drove around a bit a took some photos. Too cold for a hike (I'm a wimp). I then drove almost 200 miles to the Grand Canyon. Awesome drive, such huge country. I'm staying near the Grand Canyon tonite, and tommorrow I plan to suck it up and go on a hike or two. Until then...
